A strategist positioned at the intersection of business and law, dedicated to accelerating corporate growth. His experience includes new business development at a leading internet company, followed by leadership roles at a major bank's digital transformation division and corporate venture capital arm, where he spearheaded numerous projects in business development, digital transformation, and startup investment utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, robotics, and blockchain.

Having passed the Japanese Bar Examination in 2015, he combines a strong legal foundation with frontline global business experience, including serving as head of overseas expansion for clients. He possesses deep expertise in regulatory-compliant technology implementation and enterprise-grade security standards (ISMS, ISMAP, and related frameworks). In January 2025, he registered with the Tokyo Dai-ichi Bar Association and founded Hirotoshi Sato & Partners.
